A Victim Impact Panel is a state-mandated program often required for individuals with a DUI or drug-related charge. Courts, attorneys, probation officers, judges, or assessors may instruct someone to complete a panel as part of their legal process or for driver’s license reinstatement. During the panel, participants hear firsthand stories from those affected by impaired driving, helping them understand the real-life consequences and encouraging safer, more responsible choices.
A Victim Impact Panel costs $75. The acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order/cashier's check, and debit or credit card. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
